Encore is building new single-family homes in two new subdivisions at North 20th and West Walnut Streets in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Walnut Circle is a new 4-acre, 2-block, 32-lot subdivision. Walnut Crossing is a six-lot subdivision. Both sites are close to downtown Milwaukee, parks and recreation, sports and entertainment venues and freeway access.
