Our two-story homes feature a flexible room and full bath on the first floor. Your family and lifestyle will dictate its use… a bedroom, home office or media room.

Each home will bear a Wisconsin Energy Star Certification, which means your house is energy efficient and affordable to heat and cool.

Encore also offers a custom design/build service. Encore will adjust your plan or design the home of your dreams.
